I have been working to help better peoples’ lives since I trained as a physiotherapist over 15 years ago. I wanted to expand my practice to be able to support people not just with their physical issues but also to assist them to reach their highest goals and dreams in their personal life. So I am now a certified life coach as well, with the purpose of bringing clarity, direction and positive support for my clients.
